By accessing and using the IRMADU Yorkies website at yorkie.co.za (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IRMADU Yorkies ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Site.

IRMADU Yorkies is a KUSA-registered Yorkshire Terrier breeder based at 110 Trichardt Rd, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, 0157.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its server, database, or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.

Use the Site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation.

Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful code to the Site.

Attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Site or any servers or networks connected to the Site.

Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any of our forms.

Impersonate any other person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

The Site allows you to inquire about available puppies, join our waitlist, and schedule appointments to visit our kennel. Please note:

Puppy availability and pricing shown on the Site are indicative and subject to change. We reserve the right to update or remove listings at any time without prior notice.

Submitting a waitlist form or contact inquiry does not constitute a binding reservation or guarantee of a puppy. A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and acknowledged by us in writing.

A refundable deposit of R1,000 secures a position on our waitlist. Deposits are refundable until 7 days before the scheduled collection date.

Puppies go to their new homes no earlier than 8-10 weeks of age, once they are weaned, vet-checked, vaccinated, microchipped, and confidently socialised.

We reserve the right to refuse any inquiry or reservation at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe the home environment is not suitable for a Yorkshire Terrier.

Visits to our kennel in Centurion are by appointment only. By booking an appointment through the Site, you agree:

Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00-17:00.

We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We may refuse entry to any visitor who arrives without a confirmed appointment or who exhibits behaviour that we deem inappropriate or unsafe for our dogs.

Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the visit.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software, is the property of IRMADU Yorkies or its content creators and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

The IRMADU Yorkies name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of IRMADU Yorkies. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

The Site is licensed by NorthBright Digital U.S. (https://northbrightagency.com/).

If you submit a testimonial, referral, or any other content through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content on our Site and in our marketing materials.

You warrant that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is accurate, lawful, and not defamatory.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRMADU Yorkies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site.

Information about our dogs, puppies, and breeding practices is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for advice specific to your dog.

Puppy prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not obligated to honour a price or availability displayed on the Site if it was posted in error.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You access them at your own risk.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review these policies carefully.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, with the Gauteng Division having primary jurisdiction.
